I purchased a flat at the beginning of April. The process of buying the flat and selling my previous house was very stressful because the process of buying and selling had to be completed within 5 weeks. The solicitor acting for my vendor was very tardy in response to my solicitor’s enquiries.
Throughout the process Sue Sadler was extremely helpful. She was unfailingly optimistic, encouraging me throughout the process that we would be able to meet the required deadlines. I felt at times that she was far more helpful in informing me about the sale of my own property than the agents working for my sale. She was very efficient and knew exactly when to “hit the phones” as she put it.
I particularly appreciated the fact that on D day, when the people buying my property did not have their funds available, Sue took the trouble to inform how the events were proceeding and that the money was at last moving.
